At Swim in Stylish, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please read the following information carefully to understand our policies and procedures.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimates + Lounge: Items in this category are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
